Local Hometown BBQ

Great food and excellent service. The ribs were so tender and the flavor was amazing. The potato salad left you wanting more. Our host, Joyce, was a friendly as she could be. She made sure we didn't run out of hush puppies which were some of the best that we had ever had. My husband was a big fan. It was our first time eating there, but it definitely won't be our last! Thank you, Joyce, for such a wonderful dining experience!

Today was the first time eating here and we will definitely be back. The service was excellent (very friendly and helpful), the restaurant was very clean, the food was excellent and came out quickly. It was a great value for the amount of food you get! 10/10 for sure!

Our first experience with Buddy's: Food was good, but the service is great. Angela and Taurus were both the most polite workers I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a great long while. We would never get this kind of service anywhere short of a sit-down restaurant that would have easily cost 2-4x as much. Would absolutely stop here again next time we pass through!

Dinned in for dinner today. The server taking our order Jen was kind and friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and more. Food was great and we got it quick. Prices was reasonable. Will for sure be back.

The food was great! Green beans and slaw were awesome with the brisket! Joyce waited on us after we had our food providing more hush puppies (which were fabulous)! Sauces were great too! She was very kind, offering to fill our drinks and clear our table. Definitely recommend and will be back.

This location is new and very nice. The food was hot and fresh and it came out very quickly. The BBQ is quite delicious. The BBQ Chicken Hawg Back is delicious and is one of my favorite menu items. The potatoe salad and baked beans are very good as well. They taste homemade. Though I didn't try any of their desserts, they look amazing. I highly recommend this BBQ to anyone who loves some good BBQ.

I’ve lived in Chattanooga since 2020 and had never eaten at this establishment before, until today and I must say I am very impressed with the food being hot & fresh, the employee Jenn was very kind and respectful. I didn’t have to wait long for my food either and they have a great special on Tuesdays for $8.99 highly recommend if you’re feeling bbq and don’t wanna spend a lot of money.

Everything we've tried has been excellent! Especially love the Brunswick stew. If you eat inside, they walk around offering extra hush puppies! Everyone is so nice too!

We got Buddy’s tonight for a family meal and the food is amazing. Everything is super fresh. The lady who was working the drive through was very polite and spoke clearly. We truly appreciate great service and the quality of the products that we get from Buddy’s each time we visit. Thank you!!

We ordered 15 lbs of pork to for a large family gathering. The pork was delicious and they included sauce for free. We will definitely be using Buddy's again in the future!

Best BBQ and sides I've had in a long time! The meat in my pork plate was excellent. Zero fat or gristle. I also love the midrange sauce. Chip was a wonderful host. He made 2 rounds while I was dining to make sure all was good with his customers. Well done Buddy's BBQ!! I highly recommend eating there.

The staff and managers had excellent attitudes. The ribs dinner was tender & moist. My lady had the pulled bbq chicken dinner with seasoned green beans & potato salad. Both dinners were hot & delicious.

I love coming to this Buddy's. I never have any problems with customer service or my order. They have the best Loaded pork potato. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you workers for doing your job with care.
